The candidate will provide recruiting coordination and support for all GBU’s and Functional groups including:
▪ Schedule phone interviews (PI’s) - liaises with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, leaders and Candidates on their availability for PI’s
▪ Conduct background checks- using Hire Right, for verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal record, etc.
▪ Invoice reconciliation- track/audit all invoices for assigned GBU(s), primarily agency fees and reconcile against agreed terms for processing
▪ Compensation benchmarking- leverage Mercer tool and confer with recruiting and HRBP as necessary to set comp ranges for all roles
▪ Day to day admin assistance when necessary
