is it possible to get a refund on the half fare annual card if i happen to leave the country before the year is up?
someone was able to successfully get a refund when they asked at the counter, but that was 5 yrs ago. i know they will do it if you are getting a GA card, but does anyone know if it's possible without making a GA card purchase?

For the 1 year half tax "abo" I dont think any refunds are possible.
It maybe possible for the longer duration. (2-3yr cards)
