I have a problem with the guy, whom I subletting the apartment.
Guy whom I sublet the apartment do not want to move out, reggis wants their apartment back, and I m happy to give,

Please Members advice me what can I do in this situations.

You need expert advice so go, with a friend who speaks both English and French, to Asloca (the tenants’ association) as fast as you can.

Hello ! I doubt you have a legal insurance company. Assura is your health insurance. Also, I think ASLOCA will not advise you because you are the landlord in the sublease.

You can PM me and i will give you some recommendations. it's hard to explain everything here.
