Im in a process of release an appartment. As per written agreement with regie, there was primary  visit scheduled to check appartement`s overall condition.

Later on it flew out of my head completely, I forgot, so when regie`s rep came, nobody was at home at tha moment.

Just recieved the letter with a new date assigned and fee to pay of 200CHF. I acknowledged, that living here, you have to pay for every flaw, dealing with regies, but I personally think, this is too much. I could not find anything in contract to justify that exact amount, or any other documents with reference to amount of fee to be paid in case of absence.

Does anyone experienced this issue before? How can I check the reason of charging me like this?
