Hi,
Why don't you ask Swisscom to do that for free? You have a contract with them right ? I had a similar problem but after some fighting/calling I got that for free :-)

Thanks Emo but sadly I will have to pay. I just hoped that some friendly glocals would know some friendly electricians.

I have used Kaech on multiple occasions. I have found them to be reliable and have never had an issue where I've felt the cost is unreasonable.
