Remembrance Day

Today is Remembrance Day...If you can do anything to remember every brave soldier today, observe 2 min. of silence for the fallen and the veteran's and the young men in service today...

If you have not seen the series Band of Brother's? watch it if you can...I have had the priviledge to go to Normany for D-Day commemoration's twice now and have met some of the truely brave men who survived the jump into La Fierre.  And they all say..."we were just doing our job"!!! or "we did it for the guy next to us"!!!!...that is loyalty! that is trust! and unreal sacrifice for all of us...so I think it is important to remember them today...

And I will raise a glass to my Dad, who was a veteran, who after surviving the war...said "the rest of his life was gravy" you have to love that!
