My "regie" updates the kitchen of every flat in the building every time a tenant moves somewhere else.
1. Am I entitled to a rent reduction for the continuos inconveniences caused?
2. Is there a time limit to do so?
Thanks in advance for any advice and have a good weekend.

Magda:
You're a lucky girl to have your kitchen re-done so often for free! I'd pay my regie if they did the same for me! (-;

Actually, you should count your blessings that your regie has not raised the rent, as renovating your apartment is one of the things that allows regies to legally increase your rent!

The best answer you can get is from ASLOCA, the Swiss Tenants Association. You will have to pay an annual fee of 85 CHF but it is worth every cent in a city where abuse towards tenants is common.
