My laptop cable is damaged/frayed, it works when it is in the 100% perfect condition, but when it is moved sparks fly etc.
I want to find someone (either a shop, or an individual) who can help me fix this.
The last time I had a similar issue, it was fixed in London for a small fee.
I wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on who to ask for help with this.

You are in switzerland there is no such thing as a small fee. Launch it and buy a new one. The hour rate someone would charge to repair it would cost more than a universal laptop cable from media mart.
