Hello! 


I am offering a room with a private bathroom and shower in my future apartment, located in the new PAV district in the heart of Geneva (opposite the Vernets ice rink and Rolex).  


Large 109m2 apartment, 3rd floor, brand new, with balcony. 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen. 


Looking for a quiet, professionally active, non-smoking woman. 


Duration of the roommate arrangement: 6 months, renewable from May 1, 2026. 


Rent: 1300.- (includes room, private shower, electricity and hot water, and internet)
