The villa is located in a calm neighbourhood in Vessy with a gorgeous backyard. The villa has 4 rooms, two of which are currently occupied by female students. There is a shared kitchen with utensils, bathroom shared with one person, common washing machine, wooden wardrobe with additional storage area in the basement and cycle storage area. It is 2 minutes away from the bus stop (B44 and B45 are frequent buses in the area), and is well connected to the city centre.

I received a room from a student accommodation and am urgently looking for someone to take over my contract from November. It is 720CHF per month, including electricity, water, gas, wifi and washing machine. Please reply for more details if interested!
