Just behind Jonction, across hills along river. It's around 20km if you reach 4 th bridge, I guess it's passerelle de Chèvre

Maybe you'll find some inspiration here.
If you can drive to start out of town they are really nice trails to run on the Jura (starting at Thoiry) or on the Salève (starting at the cable car near Veyrier)

The options are so limitless that it's difficult to know where to start. E.g. the forests of Jussy, along the Rhone or the Aïre, the vinyards of Satigny.
You might want to join the "Hash House Harriers" (http://genevahhh.com/) they run a new place every week. The runs are generally 8-10km, so shorter than what you're looking for, but you'll be abale to see lots of nice places. (Though in winter they tend to stay more in town than in the summer.)
