Russian Language Hiring Companies???

Are there companies in Zurich or its vicinity that would employ Russian speaking professionals in the executive level? I have a Finance Director from a major manufacturing company in Russia that would be interested in an Executive job opportunity in Zurich or its vicinity. Only minus is the low level of proficiency in English languange.
