You'll have to hurry - it's only valid until the 17th November
We have to enter :
Your name [family name and Christian name]
Street and number
Postcode and town
Number of the Halftax and the date it was bought.
If you can do this immediately [tomorrow] we might just be able to send in the details in time. Please let us know urgently. TIA
