I just noticed a nasty identity theft scam - that may be culling email addresses from expat and similar sites.
A letter supposedly from "irs.gov" in U.S. asks you to fill out a real form for "non-resident aliens" with financial interests in U.S. living outside U.S. It gives a fax# (801) 805-0105 for return that is associated with fraud. Scam!! Beware!
