SOS!!!!!
Hi,I'm doing a reseacrh on enterprise's online communities, and I wonder if there is in psychology, sociology or any other science, a theory that proves in any active community, there is always a small group of leaders or influencers who make other members participate. It might seem obvious that it works like this in communities, but I want to demonstrate it. if you can help me out or know someone who can do it by suggesting me a documentation,PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
thanks! ;-)

Justin hi!

Also to add on what David has given you, if you would like to read also my favourite on the Psychology of influence. Please read the following:

"Influence the Psychology of Persuasion" by Robert B. Cialdini ph.d  published by Harper Collins  e-books.

I think it has all the answers you are looking for with all relevant case studies. We use it in MBA  classes.
So you can give it a shot and wish you all the best.
