Satnav (GPS)
Hi, I'm thinking of buying a (cheapish) satnav, does anyone have any recommendations? All I need is Europe, but would like to change language (e.g. in French for Switzerland, then English if I go to the UK). Some have suction pads, which sounds like less hassle to mount, but I've been told they generally don't stick. Anyone got any recommendations (or ones to avoid?). Thanks

It's certainly not the cheapest, but I have a TomTom 910 and I have no complaints. The suction works really well in fact, and you can change languages no problem.

Presumably the cheaper TomTom versions would be very similar (they run essentially the same software after all).

Cheers,

Ed
