Do you have a car or has it to be public transport. Snow shoes can be rented at any ski station or any sports shop in Geneva.  If you tell me whether you have car or not I can make suggestions.  Also depends on whether you thinking of a one or two hour trip or full day

Leysin has been suggested.  Cannot comment as do not know.  Possibilities are the Jura above la Givrine. Train to Nyon and the little red train up to la givrine - you wd have to hire snowshoes in Lausanne as then place in la Givrine was I thionk closed.  Did the Dole on skis last weekend and is certainly possible on snowshoes.  Otherwise Tannay and the Grammont are possible.  but you have to check if you can get to Miex by bus in winter.  Is south facing so not so siure how much snow there is.  Col de Mosses is another possibiliity for the pic Chaussy.

Problem is that the season is now coming to an end and below 1700 metres you might have to carry snow shoes
