Sole trader and employed full time??

Hi guys 


I have a question, is it possible to be a sole trader and employed full time on a


Permit B possible in geneva?


To summarise points.


1. work for your employer during the week and work on the side during weekend.(for your own company)


2.Permit B


3.In Canton geneva.


 


Any light shared on this would be great :)

Its possible as long as you dont appear tired or getting sick thru it.

The reason you get day offs they want you to rest so that you can be able to work fully concetrated.

So yes, if the employee's duty of good faith is not violated. Examples given:


If the employee competes against his employer, harms the reputation of the company he works for, has no time to recuperate in his free time due to additional work, etc.

hi! sorry for the my comment, it is a little bit irrelevant with the topic started from daniel but as the conversation is about trading i decided to ask sth...
I am looking for an intership or a sponsor in a trading company so as to obtain tha Master in international Commodity trading... at UniGE... could you please give me some advice about how should I move to find an internship in a trading company(or shipping company)???
