Try the indian shops in Lausanne Chaudron avenue beaulieu, you can buy the spices quantity in kilos if you want and 10 times cheaper than normal supermarkets. There are two shops in Avenue de France, in the street where there is Pizzeria look for shop next to restaurant Maharaja.It is full with spices

Near to VD .. The Sunday market in Divonne les Bains (spelling?) always has a soices stall.. Ok it's not Huuuuge but it does have stuff I couldn't find in the supermarkets and you buy quantity you want..

Plus it's something to do on a Sunday..

Annnd it has a big stall for oysters, fantastico.

The Asian shop in Prilly, near the 33 bus terminus there is also a sri-lankan shop on ave echallens, three or four asian shops on the road below the station. Near Coop City in the centre there is a shop up the road on the right, going towards valentin. Japanese supermarket near the Hug music side entrance to Manor.
