I am wondering if the status of a criminal complant in Geneva is public information. If so, how do I check on the status of the complaint?
Some background. My wfie was hit by a car while crossing the street. It turned out that the driver was under the influence of alcohol far in excess of legal limits. We pressed charges agaisnt him for the incident. We have not heard back from the canton about the case and want to follow up on it. Thanks!
