Status of counselling in CH

Does anyone know what "counselling" is called in CH  - counselling as opposed to psychotherapy and practiced by people who are NOT medical doctors?

Eg Some people are offered counselling after bereavement or difficulties in their relationship. In the UK this can be done by anyone who does the training. Is it the same here? What qualifications and background would a counsellor have?

The text you are quoting:

Depends a bit what you want or need, i.e. I would have to know, what kind of problems you are talking about.

Some time ago, I was in contact with

which made a good impression.
