Whilst walking my dog today i saw an abounded scooter (Number plate GE 99172) on a pedestrian footpath near Route de Valavran 102, Genthod. Its front panel has been removed and some electrical wires from the ignition key are cut. (photos attached)
I tried calling the police but they do not speak English :-(
Can anybody help me reporting this to the appropriate authorities?

I went again today and the scooter wasn’t there anymore, I can only hope that it has been returned to its rightful owner
