Is Morges too far away? I'm giving up an enclosed garage spot in about two weeks; I suspect the mgmt firm can re-rent it almost immediately since there's no cleaning or rehab to do...

My current rate is 130/mo but I suspect they are renting for quite a bit more now. Do you only need it for a short term? Bernard-Nicod (the mgmt company) doesn't seem to be in that business. In a few days I'll have an better idea of when the garage is available and what the options are.
