Has anyone filed for the Streamlined tax filing for US Federal taxes (after living abroad and not filing for a few years)? If so, I am looking for advice and/or a recommendation for someone who provides assistance in this. I have found one in the US but it is over $1,000 (which I accept might be the going rate...). US taxes are such a nightmare!

I use Ari Propis, CPA, but I have a lot of friends who use taxesforexpats.com
It shouldn't be more than $450.- for your return plus FBAR.
