This is just an idea and am sounding it out.
StreetWars is a 3 week long, 24/7, watergun assassination tournament that has already taken place in New York City, Vancouver, Vienna, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and is now coming to London.
http://www.streetwars.net/
Maybe we could arrange something like this in Geneva one day?
Especially in this heat and it would be a great way of getting to know people afterwards.
Opinions?

This would be great fun but it would need a lot of time and infrastructure.
I guess i will have to liason with the head assasins but i think i'll need more participants and help from our GOLers Administrators (OH GREAT LEADERS....guide us.....)to make this a success.
I dont know which administrator to contact but i'll post a message as soon as i know if this is feasible or not.

...with real bullets ! 8-0
A spokesman for London's Metropolitan Police said: "Some water pistols, like replica firearms, can look very real and if a member of the public spots someone acting suspiciously ... a seemingly innocent bit of fun can escalate with armed officers responding."
The BTP, meanwhile, said it was advising all water pistol-armed contestants not to board the London Underground trains or local overground rail services, and told them they should consider that it may appear as though they were committing criminal offences.
"The transport system is not the place for this sort of activity," said Superintendent Bob Pacey.

I'm wondering if the boy the shot 7 times in the head was carrying a bottle of mineral water... :-S

speak with ElGuiri, who organised 2 flash mobs on GoL. He might be able to help make this happen.
Not sure if a real water-war would work here, but maybe a water gun flash mob?

You cannot judge the whole quality of the British legal system by the actions of a few officers. Do you know of any legal system in the world that is perfect? I certainly dont! Give someone a gun and put them in a very tense situation and sooner or later something will go wrong. It was a mistake for sure, but if for example they had found explosives in his backpack what would people have been saying then? I am sure they would have been praising the officers for saving the lives of hundreds of commuters who could otherwise have been killed. I just hope that no more innocent people have to die in these difficult times that we are facing.
