Thanks

anywhere you change euros, you can also change swiss francs. i always change money inside the big shopping malls, always safer. But to tell the truth, what i use to carry is dolars....

The cheapest option from the international airport to Copacaba is the direct bus from the company Real. They leave every 15 minutes, I think, and it costs around 5 francs (last time I checked).

A taxi from the aiport to Copacabana should cost you around 40 francs. But do not accept the offers from the taxi companies INSIDE the airport, as they will charge you double the price. Just go outside, and wait for the next street taxi available -- they are parked in a line right outside the aiport.

Enjoy Rio. It is a great city!
