Swiss German Practise for English (American) Practice

Hi,

I am looking for someone is Swiss German and wants to practise their English skills.

I would llike to learn to speak (or at least understand!) Swiss German. I am fluent in German but sometimes Swiss sounds like a foreign language to me!

maybe meeting 1x or 2x a week to practise over coffee or a beer,,

Although I am British born, I speak fluent Schwiizertuutsch. But to give you an indication of what you might be up against, here is an advertisement I saw not long ago :

ich süächu ä Gschäftspartner / i , Coiffeuse wa gäru sälbschtschtändig will schaffu! Tarf gäru öi äs Mami si wa 2-3 Täg iner Wuchu will schaffu

I'll give you a clue. It's Walliserduutsch. Would you like a translation?Innocent
