SWISSCOME WITHOUT A DOUBT. I am saying this a I have Sunrise & I can be beside someone with the same iphone and have almost no signal but they have Swisscom and the signal is perfect. I am leaving SC as soon as i can.

Swisscom is the best at the moment.

It depends a bit in your usage. If you are mainly in the city, I would choose Sunrise. If you travel around quite a bit in Switzerland and call frequently, you can better get Swisscom. I have Swisscom at home and Sunrise mobile. Regarding customer service I think both are very good.

I have the sunrise tv and not very happy, i used to have naxoo which despite not being great was better, just in my new building i could not have naxoo. same here go for swisscom tv as sunrise blocks often and the volume not very stable.

Swisscome is always the best, especially the Vivo casa package with many English tv channels and unlimited free calls to landlines and mobile phone in all around the Switzerland ... in additional 6 months price discount :)

If you are with someone else be it Sunrise, Orange or whoever,  and would like to go to Swisscom, discuss this with Swisscom and they will let you resign and even pay for whatever you have to pay for (in case you need to or some breach of the contract), So talk to them, and they will help you.

I am very happy with Swisscom service who provides English speaking guys, and also within Vivo casa, you can change within the contract period from 3 star to 1 start if you think 3 start for example is not needed.

Yes leaving sunrise 

My experiences with Sunrise were extremely bad for both fix and mobile networks. 

Honestly, if you want quality choose Swisscom and if you want competive prices go for Orange.

Sunrise are crooks and if you have any problems with them they will never recognize they are responsible, contrarily to their competitors.

If there was a top 10 of the worst Swiss companies I would definitely choose Sunrise.

Go with swisscom. you wont regret it. (It works every where)

Sunrise is good in city but their support is really bad 

I had quite a few issues with sunrise when I chose the TV / internet service, they did admit they had screwed up after I sent them a letter and gave me a credit note of 250chf then another for 80chf and were very responsive (a guy I had on email) so for that I can praise them a bit but leaving anyway as the reception not good.

How can we say: go with ..., if we don't know the requirements? :p

For mobile solutions? Or for home package?

I had a Yallo mobile number once, it used the Sunrise network and worked very well.

Overall I always choose the monopoly operator (Swisscom), prices might not be as competitive but you get top service.
