I just a day ago spoke to Mr. Philippe Fullemann, Director and Secretaire General of TCS. He said that TCS has 3 courses in English for drivers training in preparation for the Swiss drivering test. (not the written test which is only in Italian, German, French). They have training sites in Geneva and Vaud that has the English leasons.
