Has anybody got any experience of buying a car with TTQ plates? I live in France but work for an intl' org and so am eligible for tax free car but would have to pay TVA on import to France (Haute Savoie). Am wondering if TTQ plates are a way of mitigating this pain! Difficult to work it out from the SIV site... or at least it is for me (-;
