I live in the Morges area and have UPC Cablecom. I've often noticed that a program says it has an English track, but then it's either French or silent. This evening it's happened with a show on Syfy that I've previously watched in English with no problem.

I'll be contacting Cablecom to see if anything can be done, but in the meantime I'm curious: Do you experience this same problem with your cable provider, or have the audio track listings been reliable? What company do you use?
