I registered with Dialarme - a company which installed an alarm system against unauthorized access to your propferty, burglary with cameras, motion sensors, smart phone application with a possibility to take pictures of your flat long distance, etc.

It's 64CHF per month with a fixation of 3-4 years.

I will no longer need it. If you are thinking of installing such a system, may I offer my contract for your take-over, which is permissable and even encouraged.

Your advantage - you will not need to pay for the material. I will pay for the establishment of the dossier for you as a client and can even offer you another reward.

Any other ideas how to transfer this contract? It can be a restaurant, bar, office, etc.
