Hi, did anybody whiten his teeth with laser? I know 2 methods Beyond and Brite Smile – which is better? Does it really work? What about weakening the teeth – have you observed any damage afterwards? Do you know what is the cost in swizerland? Thanks for any info J!

My ex was dental hygenist and all these treatments scrape off the enamal and do long term damage to your teeth.
Try brushing once a month with baking soda (not more often) and use an electric brush daily.
Apart from replacing your teeth, just smile, maybe get a diamond implanted, and good luck.

I've tried professional and others.
The best I've found is effective and not too expensive. For me that is. If you have unusual problems like heavy nicotine, coffee etc., - I can't say. And if you have sensitive teeth it might not be good for you. Didn't bother me at all. The product is Crest Whitestrips Supreme Professional, not available in stores in the States. Costs about 50 dollars US and 20 dollars for shipping. If anybody can get em cheaper let me know.
They're more expensive on Ebay so, go here: Dentist.net

At www.dentist.net it's 42.99 + 20 = $62.99 (chf 76.50 on my credit card) That was February 2009 when the dollar was at 1.19. It's 1.0269 right now so, you do the math.
Like I said - I've tried laser, overnight soaking in expensive teeth molds, other kinds of strips.
The best result was from Crest Whitestrips Supreme, (14% hydrogen peroxide)
The Hydrogen Peroxide is what gets your teeth white. Check the other strips. Some of them only have 4%.
