Hi,
I have recently moved back to Nth America and have an ongoing issue with my landlord in Nyon.
Can anyone recommend a lawyer?
Thanks.

Alexandre Ayad is fantastic!
Concise, on budget and he delivered.
Communication was easy, he responds promptly and he is extremely efficient.
His english is faultless and he gave clear advice in our intial discussion, before any fee was negotiated.
I highly recommend Alexandre.

Think you'll need a lawyer in Canton de Vaud. Worth contacting ASLOCA in Nyon - neither lady speaks English, but they will be able to point you in the right direction with your case, and whether you need to take further action with lawyers.. They will also be able to write you a brief legal letter if you need to tell your regie to "kindly go away"!!
Also, do you have assurance juridique (still)? If so, use that!
I suspect I'll be in the same situation in a few months.. but have a few backup plans lined up already.. ASLOCA will assist me when the regie comes for the flat handover at the end, for starters.
