Do the swiss stand a chance?

The European Broadcasting Union, or EBU, is the NGO that operates Eurovision and Euroradio.  Both require much international  coordination and expertise, particularly for big events such as the Olympics, conflicts, certain funerals, weddings, etc.  The organizaion’s based in Grand-Saconnex (Geneva).  See its website for more info.

Sorry, haven’t seen or heard the current Song Contest candidates, but doubt that a Swiss performer will win.  CH openings and opportunities are so limited that many promising artists have to go ‘abroad’ if they’re to make a living let alone an international impact.

But there’s nothing new about that as far as Swiss talent is concerned.
