Thank heavens the person got away this time. Are people paid to go and pursue unprofessional activities on the internet or to get the job done. Maybe the person should even consider not using professional e-mails for private purposes.

Good to know the law.


I'm personally in 2 minds about this. On the 1 hand, I hate the idea of spying on other people. On the other hand, when I pay someone for their time, I should be able to assure they're spending the time doing what they're supposed to do, and if they're not - then I should be able to know about it.

I agree with your thoughts. I suppose that knowing the law might come in handy, though for some people who have these kinds of work-related issues...
