Women like being hit on.. it makes them feel good, there is just a right way and a wrong way.. and any female who is upset over the "right" way is too uptight and not worth the effort in the first place. I believe we have previous posts on this subject matter?

there is nothing more off-putting by being groped, sleazed upon by a man who has evidently spent more time getting ready for said social event than the woman he is trying to charm..

i totally agree, men with humour, originality and a bit "rough round the edges" win everytime

having started working in a club, it is hilarious to see when men start getting drunk/confident and even more shameless than they were upon entry.. the ones that win are the ones who can genuinely have fun without the need to have a pretty lady hanging off their every word!!

the most successful men i know, and please don't let this upet anyone, are the irish... they get drunk, have a laugh, and pulling is a bonus... i think when people go out with the sole objective of pulling, they are either left lonely or allow standards to slip just to achieve an objective...

then again.. i recently heard the phrase "every hole's a goal"... you stay classy geneva... i can only hope they were referring to golf...

sometimes, men being men, we won't understand what these possibilities are. i've discovered for example some girls who told me that they had tried to 'tell' me this before, but i just didn't get it.

allow for some retardation, but again without throwing yourself on the guy. tends not to work. unless its 2am, the guy is leaning against the bar for dear life, and wearing half his drinks on his shirt. in that case the pickup line you need there is "yes". Why does an irishman come to mind when i conjure up that picture in my head..

Im with lyndsey, the last guy to win me over was someone who had liked me for weeks and I had no idea he even existed.. We go out as a group to a bar, and he had such a good time on his own, oblivious to what others thought, or if he'd score with me at the end... that I had to find out about him..
