Hi everyone,

I tried searching in forums but have problems finding relevant info.
Could someone who knows or has experienced it, tell me what we need to do before we leave our flat?

The first thing I've done is to inform the regie that we will be moving out and are looking for a tenant to take over the flat from us.

I heard that someone comes to inspect the flat.

When does it usually happen? After we remove our furniture? How many days before the move-out date?

Also, before we return the flat, do we need to repaint it even if the condition of walls is as it was when we were moving in?

I know it will have to be spic and span in terms of cleanness.

If any repairs are needed, would the flat insurance cover it? For example the ceramic hob is a bit used now and it was brand new when we moved in.  Will we have to buy a new one. Would again apartment insurance cover it?
