My wife lives in Ferney, France. Home phone number is Orange.
Today, I called her several times, last time at around 18.00. An hour later, I was there and she said that internet didn't work. Quickly saw that the phone line was actually down. So, looked up how to contact them on a previous invoice or whatever.
YOU CAN ONLY CALL THEM FROM A WORKING ORANGE NUMBER. If you're line is down, THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THEM from another, non-Orange line.
I called their Mobile Support line and they confirmed...there is no way to call them. "Go to a neighbor." But, our neighbor doesn't have Orange. Oh, well, then you have to call from a phone booth.
This is un-frigging-believable! Do they really have their head so far up their ... ? they must to have a "Service Client" like that.
