i am so happy, that the summer is finally here. it is warm, but way better then the gray end depressing winter. i came to geneve in autumn and i thought the sun would never shine. i am happy as it is.
only thing that concerns me is how to look stylish in shorts, geneva is a no go place for shorts.

eat lots of melon and cucumber and just chill out ... Getting frustrated about the heat will just make you feel hotter!
Personally, I'm just savouring all the warmth and light. Mmmm... :)

I used to have an insulated slurpee mug that held 1.3 litres of frozen, artifically flavoured goodness. 73 cents to fill it (including tax), as of 6 or so years ago. I had to replace the straw with some plastic/rubber tubing stuff to get something strong enough to be able to stir with it, but once I got that down, I could have 3 hours of slurpee satisfaction on the hottest of days.
It's just as well you can't get them here: it would be 16 CHF for a slurpee slightly larger than an espresso, and the flavour choices would probably be Rivella Red, Riccola, or (on Fridays) Rivella Green. Some things are better left as memories...

I am so thrilled that summer is finally here!!! You can't beat being outside by the lake. This was the longest winter I have ever had (although the snow boarding was a big plus!). But no worries, Nir, like RemyS said, it won't last long, so enjoy it while it's here! ;)
Mr. Stark, you can work on that tan (or a little rouge) on Sunday! :)

having worked 12 hr days at an outdoor festival with 70 percent humidity and daily temperatures in the upper 90s (F) you learn a few tricks. my favorites....keep a spray bottle of water near by and lightly mist yourself then stand near a fan or any decent breeze. also, ice cubes rolled up in a bandana can be drapped around your neck or tied to your forehead. be careful these are VERY cold to begin with and get quite drippy quite fast. lastly is something i've picked up here. Buy yourself a heidi chocolate milk, shake, open, drink down a bit then stick in the freezer. wait an hour or two and shake then serve. instant 'milkshake'. amazing :)
ps- what kind of israeli are you nir? this is nothing, wait until august! :)

Yes, I agree swimming in the rain is something I got used to living the UK. If we had to wait until it was warm and sunny we would never go to the beach in England :-)
