For some innovative reality TV of amusingly questionable taste, check out "Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners" on Channel 4 in The UK.

They recruit people with OCD and a resulting cleaning compulsion (most of them seem to have been medically diagnosed) and invite them, along with their favourite cleaning supplies, to spend a few days in the homes of really untidy people. It's as entertaining as it sounds!
