if you are on swisscom they have a manual data-roaming connection called cockpit.

I have just renewed my mobile contract in the UK with EE as they offer a service that treats most of europe as if I were in the UK, for pretty much the same monthly fee. It's called something like "roaming unlimited"

I have found a suggestion which my friend suggested me he recently went to UK and to cut down the roaming charges he purchased UK sim cards from PrePayMania http://www.prepaymania.co.uk/uk-pay-as-you-go-sim-card.html for FREE just paid 1 pound for home delivery(anywhere in world) and traveled to UK freely without roaming charges. I am going to UK by ordering UK sim cards and will enjoy local calls and incoming calls without roaming charges.

I'm looking for somthing like that but with data for my iphone. Sort of like a pre-paid SIM card for data that covers france, switzerland, UK, Germany, etc... with similar to local rates and good reception. It will be so useful for travelling.
