We have bought 4 tickets for U2 concert in Turino through the website and now need to get an extra ticket for the concert in the same zone.

I live in Geneva and am trying to call or get in touch with the customer services to see if an extra ticket is available next to the tickets bought previously or if we could have 5 tickets together in a similar zone and price range. But the callin number is for Italy only and  the email address has not responded back to us either.

Does anyone know of a number we can call from Geneva to talk about this.
