UK and Swiss financial/immigration adviser

Hi all,


My partner and I live in Geneva. She is British and I am Swiss. We are thinking of moving to the UK in the near future but we have loaaaads of questions in regards to my status and work permits in the UK, our AVS and 2nd or 3rd in CH, etc...


Does anyone know somebody or where to seek advice from someone who is knowledgeable on both UK and Swiss immigration and financial/AVS matters?

Hi Tina,


Have you checked Eversheds Sutherland in Geneva? I believe they have a dual qualified Swiss-English lawyer and also large presence in the UK.

Have you thought of asking your local Mairie or the Office cantonal de la Population if they can provide any advice?
