Hi, am interested in purchasing a Phd in public administration at the university of Geneva, can anybody help and giving me some advice as I understand I first need to find a professor myself.
About me: Asian female fluent in English, Chinese and French, working for the UN for about 10 years.

Normally, pHD is hosted and supported by one or more prof in UNIGE. if there is a pHd program you are going to apply to, you do not have to worry about finding a prof.
