Hi, 3 days ago I accidentally left my bike in a motorcycle space next to the cycle space near my house - I then noticed in the morning another person has put a d lock on the bike back wheel (my lock is still on there) - my bike is not worth much and also has a flat tyre so I doubt anyone would like to steal it in comparison to the others around...

Please can anyone advise me as to the best cause of action (as I am new to the city) to get this removed?
