Unwanted pregnancy

A friend with benefits I have known for less than three weeks got pregnant. (She had said she couldn't get pregnant naturally unless medically induced). She insists on keeping the pregnancy. I have made it clear that I do not want a child, we dont know each other and I won't recognize the child if she keeps the pregnancy. She has decided to keep the pregnancy and there is nothing I can legally do to make her terminate it. What are my rights? Could I be legally forced to recognize the child and pay child support and all what not?

many thanks for your help

cheers

Delicate question and difficult to answer but if you speak French here you have some clues and specialists you can contact.

The two paragraphs regarding your question say

But careful apparently they can ask you to pay child support later... 😬

A law is never black and white like this, so I'm sure there's a way of interpreting and implementing it differently.
