Anyone has used All States Van Lines, LLC move your stuffs from US to Geneva?

This company going to pick up my boxes from my address in DC, US this week.

The following events has happened after I confirmed the quotation and paid for the shipping cost.

The representative told me that my boxes need to be ready outside the house for pick up, they will not go inside the house and take the boxes. (I told them my boxes are at 2nd floor of the house 2 times before I make the payment, but they didn't mention about this at all until I paid)

Then, I asked them so what is the delivery arrangement when the boxes arrive Geneva? (I ordered door to door service) The boxes will just leave outside my building?

Then, I got even more shock answer.  They said the shipping cost is covered deliver the shippment up to 2/F (they got my full address 2 months before the pick up date which very clear indicated I lived at 4/F, and I have mentioned my full address 3-4 times in our email conversation, but they never mention about extra cost for deliver my shipment to my apartment until I paid).

So, they said it will cost me extra US190 if I require them deliver my shipment to my apartment in Geneva.

Not only this, when I ask them did I need to aware any extra cost beside this US190, then they said if the big truck cannot get into my street (they said they checked with their agency in Geneva and very sure the big truck cannot get into my street, but they never told me until I paid) and they have to unload my shippment to smaller truck for bring my shippment to my address, that will cost another US590.

I have communicate with them and other shipping company for 3 months. All States Van Lines, LLC is most efficient one to response my questions and the price is most competitive. 

I have checked on internet and I know they are liscensed oversea shipping forwarder, they do have some negative complains, but so far all the shipping companies I've been contacted, they all have more and less complains about their service.

Now, how they add up my shipping cost and makes me very concern about my shippment. I feel I assigned the wrong company to do this shipping job.

Anyone have experience with this shipping company?
