Unless you still have an Interdiscount guarantee for it (in which case you better call them), Fust will repair it (and guarantee the repair), wherever you bought it from.

Call Steve the Plumber - you can find him in the classifieds of Glocals. He speaks English and in our case dropped by within a day. 

Call Christian on 07 633 5856. He should be available immediately and im sure will do it for a great price!! He speaks great english, spanish or french. He always comes straight over when i need him!

You need more of a washing machine repair person than a plumber (depending on the problem being the machine or the connection etc. to the water). You are probably better to see what Interdiscount service suggests since they sell washing machines and that brand.

If it is not a simple and VERY cheap problem to fix, you will be better off buying a new machine. Do not sink hundreds of CHF into this machine (discontinued model). Once once thing goes, there are often more problems right after.

Verbier @ I appreciate your effort and thought. In fact I was thinking to replace it rather than repair it. But I made an appointment with a technical person. I ll see the price with him and then decide.
