Van Hire Geneva

I need to hire a van to move my stuff (surprise surprise eh?). Anyone got any suggestions of van rental companies in Geneva, preferably who might be open on a Sunday - who am I kiddding eh? - anyway....

Google doesn't seem to be throwing up much apart from Sixt - but I thought it might be worth a shot asking on here.

Cheers!!

I found Patrick, they don't have on an online booking system so I'll have to pop to see them on Monday. Thanks for the info though :)

I may go with Sixt to be honest, they are open on Sunday and I only have to do one trip/

I've seen Europcar vans near Balexert. Avis and Hertz also should be presented in Geneva, but don't know if they have transport vans.

Mobility is a very good option (cars are available in different parts of the city on competetive prices), but a subscription is required (minimum for a trial period - about 3 months).

My colleague has rented once a transport van in Ferney (next to the roundabout - close to the customs).

I am pretty sure you can rent with Patrick on sundays, you just have to pick up the car saturday afternoon I think... call and check - but off course if sunday means today you wont be lucky w Patrick (but then you would be a bit late in checking hehe)

Ha, no, its for next week. All of my stuff is coming from the UK and I dont have room for a lot of it so its going into storage.

I'm going to try to get it on either Friday night or Saturday morning and return it after I'm done.

I dont relish the thought of hoofing around Geneva in a big van tho!
